Inspirations - Olga Dabrowska

I have found the most amazing children’s artist as inspiration for our short story writing! I am so excited about the work of Olga Dąbrowska and she actively encourages you to create stories from her art!

Her work is the best mix of whimsical and fancy, with many different depths of layers  and the cutest characters and is perfect to inspire both of us - An adult and a five year old

Check her website Here - and see if her art delights you as much as it does us.

Through Olga's work, we have been inspired to write these stories:

Growth
Hot Air

I found her work through this site Storybird which is another great tool for encouraging writing for all ages. The concept is that artists post their drawings or series of drawings, and aspiring authors can add their story to create a book. Meaning you don't have to be a great artist to create a story. Phew.

Go on, have a look around you might be inspired to create a story of your own.

Do you have an artist that inspires you? Music, poetry, photography? Please share them with us here....
